To one of the most important Surrealist painters in the history of art, Salvador Dali, dreams and visions were just the right tools to base his work on. Sublime Summer Sale by Hill Auction Gallery presents one of Dali’s most notable paintings titled “Dali Dreams”.

 Similarly, the auction provides a variety of promising items, combining works by Pablo Picasso, Theodule Augustin, and Dave McGary. While most recognize Picasso through his revolutionary paintings, only a handful know that he also designed 633 different ceramics. Among them is a pottery decorated with black paint which has made it to the featured lots in the auction. Theodule Augustin, whose painting is another highlight of the sale, brings about a dynamic realism and a predilection for complementary values to his artwork. The artist adored creating a sensation with portraits and figures.
