Fall Major Art and Chinese Auction

Featured in the upcoming Fall Major Art and Chinese Auction, presented by Sarasota Estate Auction, is an artwork by George Condo. The artist refers to his works as ‘psychological cubism’ for their comedic and exaggerated takes on real subjects. This style of expression and creative imagery has helped him rise as a contemporary artist. The signed pastel piece available in this auction depicts a banana hanging over the head of a man with unusual looks. 

Beyond Condos’ work, the auction also features a few pieces by Pablo Picasso and Charles Octavius Cole. One noteworthy Picasso piece is an offset lithograph entitled Madame Ricardo Canales.
