A rare Elephant Weathervane (circa 1890) by J.W. Fiske stands out from the crowd at the highest estimated value of $50,000. The item is made valuable through the history and craftsmanship of its maker. Fiske & Company is said to be the most prominent American manufacturer of decorative cast iron and zinc from the 19th century.  

Likewise, a Henry Matisse watercolor painting is on display in the auction. Signed lower center in pencil, La Chevelure, a Gouache on paper from 1952 is about the artist’s admiration for hair.
