19th C. European Victorian Steel Armor Set w/ Helmet:

Western Europe, probably England, Victorian period, ca. 19th century CE. A wonderful set of Victorian-era armor meant to emulate Medieval knight armor. The close helmet bears a central crest behind a hinged visor and bevor, a two-piece gorget adorned with steel rivets and a roped border, and a loop and pin on the right side. The peascod-style breastplate has a vertical rib that tapers to a lower point, a roped collar, and a pair of flared faulds with additional steel rivets. The broad pauldrons are each comprised of three articulating lames with steel rivets and a cut-out just above the bicep, and the three-piece vambraces each consist of an upper cannon, a couter, and a lower cannon. Size (w/ helmet): 28.75″ W x 33.75″ H (73 cm x 85.7 cm); 37.75″ H (95.9 cm) on included custom stand.

Rare Mid-15th C. German Steel Wall Gun w/ Wood Carriage:

Western/Central Europe, probably Germany or Austria, Medieval Period, ca. mid-15th century CE. A rare and fine example of a forged-steel wall gun with an octagonal barrel bearing seven interior rifling grooves. The cylindrical wooden carriage is of a stocky design that is reinforced with 3 iron astragals and supported on the front half with a pair of outstretched wooden legs. The wooden feet on the front would be mounted atop a fortification wall so it could be easily adjusted, and an ovoid iron chain loop could be placed over the barrel tip to facilitate its relocation as needed. Size (w/ carriage): 21″ L x 7.75″ W x 8.8″ H (53.3 cm x 19.7 cm x 22.4 cm); (barrel): 17.2″ L (43.7 cm); 0.50 caliber.

Mid-9th C. Viking Petersen Type Y Iron Broadsword:

Northern Europe, Scandinavia, Viking, ca. 10th century CE. A fine example of a forged-iron broad sword bearing a double-edged blade with a straight profile and no fuller. The uniform blade tapers until terminating at a pointed tip and has a bulbous rectangular hand guard surmounting the top of the shoulder. The handle features a narrow profile meant to accommodate a single hand – presumably whilst the other wielded a shield – and the stocky pommel exhibits a trio of rounded lobes protruding from an ovoid bottom section.
