This spring, Hindman will present an array of signed luxury jewelry and antique keepsakes in the upcoming Important Jewelry sale. The event brings items by American jeweler Harry Winston, including a diamond ring. This platinum ring features a pear-shaped brilliant-cut diamond surrounded by two tapered baguette-cut diamonds. The ring comes with a GIA Diamond Grading Report from 2021, certifying the clarity and authenticity of the gems.

The auction spotlights several jewelry pieces from Tiffany & Co. One key lot is an enamel and diamond bangle bracelet designed by Jean Schlumberger. Without any formal training in fine jewelry, Schlumberger started his career in the 1920s in Paris for fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli. His creations soon caught the attention of Walter Hoving, Tiffany’s chairman, who offered Schlumberger a job. At Tiffany, he quickly built an elite clientele that included Audrey Hepburn, Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark, and Elizabeth Taylor. Schlumberger remains one of only four jewelers who have signed their creations for Tiffany & Co.
