TAG Heuer launched its Targa Florio collection in 2001 to commemorate the famous Italian road race. The watch was part of TAG Heuer’s re-edition series, and its design was a remake of the 1930s Heuer Flieger chronograph. The upcoming Intervendue auction offers a TAG Heuer Targa Florio limited edition chronograph watch. The available second edition Juan Manuel Fangio is among the only 200 watches manufactured. It pays tribute to Targa Florio racer Juan Manuel Fangio. The auction also highlights a Rolex Daytona ceramic pink gold watch.
An 18-karat white gold Tiffany Atlas diamond necklace will be on offer as well. The Atlas collection, which features Roman numerals, was launched in 1995 by John Loring. The contemporary design is among Loring’s favorite works for Tiffany. Explaining his favorite pattern, Loring says, “It’s had such staying power and translated so brilliantly into jewelry.” The auction also offers a Van Cleef & Arpels 14-karat gold compact, Piaget and Cartier watches, a Tiffany Paloma Picasso pendant, and Cozzolino jewelry.
