The upcoming auction from Locati LLC will offer a selection of fine and decorative art pieces. A key lot in the event is a painting by William Rickarby Miller titled Sabbath Day Point. It depicts a view of Lake George from the Sabbath Day Point. The 1876 painting is signed by W. R. Miller, while the stretcher on the reverse is signed, titled, and inscribed with “806 Broadway S.” 

Another key lot is an Art Deco platinum and diamond bracelet weighing a total of 4.77 carats. The piece features a combination of diamonds in marquise and old mine cuts. In addition to jewelry, watches and furniture also comprise the catalog. A Rolex two-tone Datejust 36 is available. Manufactured in the 2000s, the wristwatch is crafted with a champagne dial, steel and gold case, and jubilee bracelet.
