Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Watch & David Webb Jewelry Offered by Farber Auctioneers and Appraisers

The upcoming Summer Jewels and Timepieces sale, presented by Farber Auctioneers and Appraisers, will offer an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph watch as a top lot. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore collection has defied conventions since 1993 with its sporty and sturdy design. The luxury Swiss watch brand Audemars Piguet introduced a luxury steel watch with a ‘tapisserie dial’ and an integrated bracelet characterized by a daring and revolutionary design by Gerald Genta in 1972. The Royal Oak became an international success and one of the most iconic watches of its era. This revolutionary luxury watch was characterized by an octagonal-shaped bezel secured by eight visible hexagonal gold screws, which was inspired by a traditional diver’s helmet. 

The upcoming sale also offers several jewelry creations by David Webb. A pair of 18-karat gold/ platinum earrings by Webb leads the sale. The earrings feature ruby cabochons, emeralds, and diamonds weighing approximately 3.20 carats. It is marked Webb. The total weight of the earrings is 27.9 grams. Another notable piece of jewelry is a 13-carat ruby and diamond ring. The central ruby measures approximately 13 carats and is flanked by diamonds weighing approximately 2.40 carats. A rare find in the sale is a Bedat & Co. 18-karat yellow gold and stainless-steel watch. It has a 23mm case diameter and weighs 79.63 grams. This pre-owned watch is in good condition.
