It has been manufactured by the German instrument-manufacturing family Schiedmayer Pianofortefabrik. Schiedmayer started producing keyboard instruments in 1735. The brand catered to prominent artists such as Franz Liszt, Friedrich Silcher, and Clara Schumann. The available lot comes with ornate burled walnut cabinetry. It is also equipped with QRS Pianomation 2000C and Yamaha Digital Sequencer Recorder DSR1.  

A Tiffany & Co. sterling silver Hamilton set of 114 flatware pieces is also notable.
