RARE Purplish Pink Sapphire & VS1 Diamond Ring

This is an outstanding GIA Certified no heat natural Purplish Pink Sapphire set with VS1 Diamonds in 18K white and yellow gold with AIGL paperwork. At the center of the ring shows a cushion modified brilliant cut crown and step cut pavilion natural Sapphire with no indications of heat treatment with a fantastic Purplish Pink vivid coloring and a size of 2.17 carats. The stone has been certified by G.I.A. Gemological Institute of America, a rare addition. The center stone is four prong set in yellow gold accented by rolling bezel set yellow gold squares at the top and bottom set with diamonds on a bezel set wide band accented by a center line being bezel set with baguette diamonds. Overall, the piece shows 122 diamonds in round brilliant and baguette cuts with a VS1 to SI2 clarity, F-G color and 1.43 carat weight. The ring is stamped UCG 18K and 750. The ring comes with GIA and AIGL paperwork which confirms the above info with a gemology report and gives a value of $19,456.00. The ring shows a size of 6.5 to 7 US.

A beautiful Egyptian panel from the lid of a sarcophagus, Late period, c. 664 – 332 BC, fashioned from wood panels with the ‘mummy mask’ still attached with dowels, the long locks of the headdress also still in place. The entire piece retains much of the original painted decoration including multiple beaded collars and necklaces and the goddess Ma’at kneeling with outstretched wings, a solar disk atop her head. Below the goddess is a rectangular vignette containing the image of the deceased within a fringed canopy and laying upon a table that is decorated in the form of a lion; canopic jars below. The pigment is well-preserved with good style and color. 33 1/2 x 14 1/2 in (84.9 x 36.8 cm). Comes with a custom stand and makes for a beautiful display piece!
