Michele Beiny Harkins is a third generation antiques dealer. Her grandfather, Hanns Weinberg, founded the Antique Porcelain Company in London in 1946 and later opened galleries in New York in 1957 and Zurich in 1972. Michele Beiny Harkins started her own gallery in 1987 in New York specializing in 18th and early 19th century English and Continental porcelain and European faience, as well as French furniture and decorations, objets de vertu, and renaissance jewels. More recently, she has added modern and contemporary ceramics and glass to her repertoire. Peter Blum has collaborated with a wide range of artists both as a gallerist and publisher since he began his career in 1971 at Galerie Beyeler in Basel, Switzerland. In 1980, after moving to New York, he founded Peter Blum Edition, where he was among the first print publishers to work with a new generation of European and American artists. Peter Blum Edition has since published important editions by John Baldessari, Louise Bourgeois, Tacita Dean, Eric Fischl, Alfredo Jaar, Alex Katz, Barbara Kruger, Sherrie Levine, Brice Marden, Josef-Felix Müller, James Turrell, and Luc Tuymans, among many others. In 1984, Blum co-founded PARKETT magazine, working directly with international artists and critics to create an engaging forum for contemporary art.

Acquavella Galleries is distinguished for its expertise in the fields of 19th, 20th and 21st century art. The gallery, founded by Nicholas Acquavella in the early 1920s, is now a three-generation, family-owned business: Bill Acquavella joined his father in 1960, Bill’s daughter Eleanor joined in 1997, and his sons Nick and Alexander joined in 2000 and 2003 respectively. The gallery first specialized in works of the Italian Renaissance and old master paintings, but Bill expanded the focus to include the masters of Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism. In the late 1980s, the gallery also began dealing in postwar and contemporary art.
