The Sports, Comics, Comic Art, Animation sale, offered by Weiss Auctions, is a selection of over 500 items, many new to the auction market. A few examples of the available items include a 1998 “Pikachu Illustrator” Pokémon promo card, a single-signed Roberto Clemente baseball, and a production sketch from Disney’s first color Mickey Mouse short, The Band Concert. Also available is a five-volume set of Science Fiction Fanzine issues #1 through 5 (two of which are signed “Siegal”), an autographed copy of the Babe Ruth Story (signed by Babe Ruth), and a large screen print of Mickey Mantle that used to hang in Mantle’s restaurant.

Another standout lot is an ottoman signed by Phil Rizzuto, inscribed with the message, “Holy Cow.
