Sotheby’s Upcoming Magnificent Jewels Auction Features Cartier, Bulgari, & More

A size 6 ¼ ring featuring a mixed-cut vivid pink diamond accented with two cut-cornered triangular blue diamonds is featured in Sotheby’s upcoming Magnificent Jewels auction. Other lots include jewelry by Cartier, Bulgari, Harry Winston, Van Cleef & Arpels, and more.

Cartier has been recognized as a leading luxury jewelry and watch company since its inception in 1847. While the company was one of the first to offer wristwatches in a time that was still dominated by pocket watches, it is known today for its luxury jewelry that appreciates with age. Included in this auction is a Cartier ring with a square emerald flanked by baguette and single-cut diamonds. The size 4 ¼ ring is signed with the brand name and numbered.
