The partially engraved vase is colored with engobe and glaze. Another featured artist is Joan Miró, whose Surrealist-inspired works are displayed in museums worldwide. His paintings and bronze sculptures express both abstract and semi-abstract ideas. La Femme Angora, an aquatint etching by Miró, is another highlight of the auction. 

Carole A. Feuerman’s work almost exclusively captures swimmers and bathers. The details in her prints and sculptures imitate life through art. Multiple pieces from her swimmers series, including a silkscreen and diamond dust piece titled Catalina, are available in the sale.
