A rare Chinese blue and white porcelain gourd vase is a leading lot in the upcoming Annual Holiday Antique Auction from Wiederseim Associates, Inc. Decorated with attractive figures, the blue and white vase probably dates back to the 16th or 17th century. The lower and upper bulbs of the vase carry images of traditionally dressed Chinese locals in a landscape setting, surrounded by pine trees.
