Mecum Auctions Offers Chevrolet Copo Camaro

Chevrolet began when William C. Durant, one of the founders of General Motors, joined forces with Swiss racecar driver and engineer Louis Chevrolet. The brand soon became known for its performance, durability, and innovation. Chevrolet went on to develop several automotive inventions, including fuel injection, safety glass, anti-lock brakes, and electronic stability control systems. A 1969 Chevrolet Copo Camaro will be available in Mecum Auctions’ upcoming Dallas 2021 sale. The vehicle features an M21 four-speed transmission and a 140 MPH speedometer.

A Ford Mustang Boss 429 Fastback will also be available in the sale. Manufactured in 1970, the 429 model was designed for NASCAR races. The engine features hemispherical combustion chambers, deep-breathing heads, and a huge valve. The exterior of the vehicle is sea green while its interior has a polished black hue.
