One of the leading furniture pieces in the upcoming Kamelot Auctions sale is a mahogany chinoiserie bookcase. This 19th-century item displays the influence of both Georgian and Italian architecture. Its doors are made of glass and carved giltwood, decorated with pagodas, mountains, ships, and flowers. Also following the Georgian style is an upholstered wingback chair mounted on carved mahogany claw feet.
