The upcoming NY Elizabeth auction of assorted timepieces will highlight a Cartier Calibre de Cartier watch. The French jeweler and watchmaker launched the first Calibre de Cartier model in 2010. Some of its distinct features include generous case size, Roman numeral hour markers, and sword-shaped hands. The available lot comes with a 42 mm case size and is equipped with automatic movement. Its round shape, blue crown, and no visible screws around the bezel give the watch a regal look. Today, the Calibre de Cartier collection includes time-only, chronograph, and diver models.  

Apart from Cartier, the auction offers the undisputed classic of all modern Rolex watches, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual. The available model has a 26 mm case, domed bezel, and automatic movement with a simple, no-frills design. The Oyster Perpetual collection is marked by a waterproof oyster case, chronometric precision, and self-winding of the movement. The luxury watch brand updated its collection in 2020 by adding new dial colors.
