Leading Christie’s Jewels Online auction is a ring with a round, brilliant-cut diamond weighing 11.46 carats. The diamond is an excellent cut solitaire of E color and SI2 clarity. It comes with a 2020 GIA report. A noteworthy diamond necklace weighing 243.34 carats, solitaire rings, and earrings weighing more than four carats are also available in the online auction. Other key jewels come from brands such as Oscar Heyman & Brothers, including a necklace with emeralds, sapphires, and diamonds. The pear-shaped, rich blue sapphires are placed alongside bright green emeralds, connected by round cut diamonds. Oscar Heyman & Brothers is a behind-the-scenes manufacturer which slowly and steadily worked its way up in the luxury jewelry industry. A group of young brothers came to New York from Ukraine in 1906, skilled in making platinum jewelry. Oscar Heyman & Brothers eventually created and patented its uniquely linked jewelry, seen on Elizabeth Taylor and, more recently, Billy Porter.

A Serpent set from Bulgari Italy is a notable lot. It has round-cut diamonds and pear-shaped pink tourmalines set in 18-karat rose gold. Each piece bears the maker’s mark.
