1972 Chevrolet El Camino and 2021 McLaren 720S Coupe Come to Sale With Mecum Auctions
Sep 04, 2024 10:00 EDT - Sep 07, 2024 10:00 EDTA 1972 Chevrolet El Camino is a key highlight of the upcoming Mecum Auctions sale in Dallas. Chevrolet produced the El Camino between 1959 to 1960 and 1964 to 1987. The coupé utility model was modified from the two-door wagon platform by incorporating the cab/cargo bed. Geared with the 350 CI V-8 engine and Holley four-barrel carburetor, the vehicle features Corvette alloy wheels. It is designed with red and black bucket seats, a vinyl bed cover, and a wood grain panel. Another noteworthy Chevrolet vehicle is a 1967 Nova Custom Coupe. Styled with a marina blue exterior and blue and white accented interior, the car is equipped with a 427/540 HP V-8 engine and Holly EFI fuel injection system.
A 2021 McLaren 720S Coupe with butterfly doors also leads the catalog. It is the second all-new vehicle in the company’s Super Series. Featuring the M840T engine, it has a papaya-hued exterior and orange and black interior. A 1921 Ford Model T Runabout, a vintage automobile manufactured by Ford, will be available as well. Nicknamed the “Tin Lizzie,” it is geared with two-Speed Planetary transmission and 177 CI Inline four-cylinder engine. Equally striking is an antique 1919 Pan Model 250 Touring, owned by the Kelseys for more than seven decades.
