Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Snow White Bashful and Sneezy Production Cel and Key Master Background (Walt Disney, 1937).
“Be awful careful…because if anything happened to you…I’d….” says Bashful, as Snow White kisses him good-bye. This is a historically important and stunning Key Master setup of Snow White sending the dwarfs off to work. The original hand-inked and hand-painted production cel features wonderful characters ranging in size from 5″ to 8″ tall that have been trimmed to the images and applied to a hand-painted Key Master production background of the dwarfs’ cottage. Backgrounds in this film were painted by Mique Nelson, Merle Cox, Claude Coats, Phil Dike, Ray Lackrem, Maurice Noble, and Samuel Armstrong. This Key Master setup from the first Disney feature-length film is an animation art collector’s Holy Grail. It is in a 27″ x 20″ frame with a mat opening of 16″ x 10″. Condition is Very Good and frame is sold as-is.
