The item with the highest estimated value is a 19th-century cane engraved with notable accomplishments of American president Thomas Jefferson. It was carved by Thomas Jefferson Craddock who, despite having no familial relationship with Thomas Jefferson, dedicated much of his time to crafting canes inspired by the former president. The auction also includes an early-20th-century cane with a silver mermaid and another cane with a functional telescope inside of it, believed to be from Leinster, Ireland. Among the strangest pieces in the auction is a cane with the head of a French bulldog on top. The lower jaw of the bulldog is adjustable and even includes a lever that allows the dog to bark.
