The ongoing Fine Wines & Rare Spirits Online auction, offered by Skinner, began on June 18th and will conclude on June 27th. The 914-lot auction primarily consists wine and bourbon. Among the most notable bourbons in this auction is a 24-year-old, single barrel bourbon from Willett Family Estate. Other bourbons with a high estimated value are a 10-year-old bottle from Weller Antique Reserve and a 12-year-old bottle of Van Winkle Family Reserve. All three of these companies operate out of Kentucky, where 95% of the world’s bourbon originates. There are also many lots with individual or multiple bottles of wine. This includes one lot of three bottles and one demi bottle of red wine. The auction also has bottles of Chateau de Faugeres Peby Cuvee Speciale from 2005, Rothwell Hyde Red Wine from 2005, Jasper Hill Georgia’s Paddock Heathcote Shiraz from 2009, and a demi bottle of Rothwell Hyde Red Wine from 2005.
