The upcoming Art & Design with Tradition & Innovation auction, presented by Toomey & Co. Auctioneers, offers a collection of both contemporary and traditional designs. Available in this sale is a tall case clock from Gustav Stickley. According to the auction house, “[he] sought to reflect simplicity on his handwrought works.” This piece, created around 1903 in New York, is made of oak, copper, and brass. 

Many examples of fine art will also be on display, such as Christo & Jeanne-Claude’s Packed Coast collage piece, a project for the Prince Henry Hospital in Sydney, Australia. The married couple incorporated pencil, fabric, thread, twine, wax crayon, charcoal, and maps into this piece.
