The center depicts violet figures among a blue-green pine tree with blue-green needles and white prunus blossoms, all set against a crimson ground. The rim is executed in the “Gnome” border pattern, decorated with white and blue fruit blossoms and black leaves interspersed with gold-orange gnomes nestled among the foliage. The underside is marked with the Wedgwood Portland Vase backstamp. Marked W557 under Wedgwood logo.
