Cartier 18K Gold and Diamond Ladies Watch, a 18K yellow gold and diamond Cartier ladies’ watch featuring an oval-shaped dial with Roman numerals, marked ‘Cartier’, surrounded with a band of round-cut diamonds measuring approximately 1.5 mm in diameter, and a diamond crown, the back of the face inscribed ‘Cartier, water resistant Swiss Made, 750, 1954, 369404MG’, mounted in a Cartier 18K gold bracelet, the back of the first link marked ‘DMGK’, the clasp marked ‘Swiss Made, Cartier, 18K, 750’, together with original Cartier suede bag and two extra links. 84.4 grams overall.
