A very rare and scarce material div.1 pictorial button:
1 Large 18th century plaster and wire under glass button. Here is one of the top rarities in the auction. The white figure is carved plaster set over a green painted background and bordered in a fine wire patterned design and all set under glass with a copper rim and tin back. The late Freddie Speights (NBS bulletin Editor for 20 years) and others said many years ago that they only knew of 12 of these to exist. Here is your opportunity to own one of these very hard to find 18th century examples.
