18K Gold, Hematite, Diamond and Ruby Necklace with Roman Coin, a roman coin pendant in 18K yellow and white gold surround mounted with 20 round cut diamonds and two ruby cabochons, on a hematite beaded chain with 14K gold clasp. The pendant marked ’18K’ on back and the clasp marked ’14K’. 119.2 grams overall.

Good condition, light wear and scratches, one knot near clasp slightly frayed.
