Eddie's Auction has over eight years' experience working with antiques and works of art in the Greater New York City area. They also run Eddie's Antiques, Gallery 216, 40 West 25th Street in Manhattan. With a specialty in the complicated Chinese Works of Art Market, the auction house has worked hard to keep current with all aspects of the constantly changing International Market in Works of Art. The items in Eddie's are all vetted for quality. They are accepted for consignment from family collections, private collectors and high-end dealers.

    Collector Designer & Chinese Works of Art

    In the upcoming Collector Designer & Chinese Works of Art auction, Chinese fine and decorative art will be featured. Eddie’s Auction presents a range of items that include a Qing Dynasty lacquer bowl and a Tiffany & Co. wave edge sterling silver silverware set. Over 400 lots of traditional antiques, furniture, paintings, and sterling silver will be on offer. One key lot is a pair of Chinese porcelain bowls. The ruby-glazed shallow bowls from the 19th century bear a gold edge around each rim.  Another lot of interest is a set of millefleur porcelain plates. Four pieces show colorful blossoms against a black background. Each plate has six Guangxu character marks on the reverse. Chinese lacquered bowls with distinct shapes and markings are the highlights of the auction. A maroon 19th-century Tixi carved lacquered bowl is one available lot from the Qing Dynasty.
